Eyegotcha was established to marry 20 years of working with and on behalf of community based organizations with a life-long love for the visual arts, especially photography. After dedicating my professional pursuits to promoting social justice by "giving voice" to a broad group of client populations by being an advocate, I decided it was time to represent them visually by creating compassionate and compelling images that tell the stories of their challenges, struggles, hopes, and successes.
I worked primarily in multi-cultural environments, often for organizations with limited resources. Accordingly, I learned how to work with people with diverse experiences and perspectives to develop cogent and cost-effective messaging that best represented the organizations and the folk whom they served. I bring the same spirit of respect, collaboration, and patience to serving the needs of my photography clients.
In addition to image capture and archiving, Eyegotcha provides assistance with online image presentations and strategic consulting on how best to narrate clients' stories and messaging through the uniquely powerful medium of pictorial language.
